Delivery Methods: All training materials and resources are delivered digitally through email or our learning management system.

Delivery Times: Access to digital resources is provided within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

Eligible Destinations: Our services are available globally, with materials accessible online from anywhere.

Return Policy and Process

As our services are primarily digital, returns are not applicable. However, if physical materials are provided, returns are accepted under these conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team for a return authorization number and further instructions.

Cancellation Policy

For Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. Any unused subscription period will not be refunded.

For Reservations: Cancellations for corporate training sessions must be made at least 7 business days before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance may incur a 25% cancellation fee.
